Ombuds service

As external ombuds, we offer your employees informal services to prevent and resolve disputes. We support those seeking help to learn skills and gain access to the information and people they need to raise their concerns.

We work in accordance with the International Ombudsman Association (IOA) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and can tailor our service to the specific needs of your organization.

We are guided in our work by four basic principles:

Independence

We do not report to any authority or department and are as independent as possible within the organization.

Confidentiality

We do not keep records of confidential communications. We protect the identity of individuals seeking help and only share themes or recurring patterns with management.

Impartiality

We are committed to fair and effective conflict management within the organization.

Informality

We are not an official office and a visit to us does not constitute a "notification". People seeking help can express concerns without fear of reprisal or triggering formal proceedings.
